When perimenopause crept up on me, I felt every bit of the confusion. The belly weight that appeared out of nowhere. The 2am wide-awake stare at the ceiling. The harder I pushed with "eat less, move more," the worse I felt.

So I stopped pushing - and started listening to my body instead.

As a nutritionist, health coach, and fitness instructor, I took everything I knew and built an approach around one simple truth: midlife bodies need a different kind of care.

Peri Space is the community I desperately needed and couldn't find. There are lots of spaces devoted to hormone health, and HRT out there. But this isn’t that. This is for the women in their 40s and 50s on a weight loss mission, getting strong, wanting their lives to feel better with quality sleep, nervous system regulation and by finally putting their own wellbeing first. It’s about community, enjoyment, and genuine connection in a real-time way. Peri Space is my favourite place on the internet. And I'd love for it to be yours.

I'm a nutritionist, health coach, and qualified fitness instructor - and I live the peri experience every day. I know what it feels like when your body changes and nobody warns you.

Peri Space is the community I desperately needed a few years ago and couldn't find. Everything here is built on the foundations of The Peri Plan - grounded in formal training, professional memberships, and experience working with women just like you.

My approach isn't about willpower or punishment. It's about showing up together, working with your body, and building a life that genuinely feels good to live. I'll be right there with you - every single day.
