I’m Evie Morton - a nutritionist and midlife health coach - and I understand this season of life because I’ve lived it too.

When perimenopause started shifting my body, energy, and sleep, I realised the strategies that had always worked no longer made sense. So instead of pushing harder, I became curious about what the midlife body actually needs.

That exploration led me to create a simple framework called The Peri Plan, built around three powerful foundations:

2. Weekly Coaching Sessions (60 minutes | Zoom)
Each week, we refine, adjust, and build momentum.

We troubleshoot obstacles, strengthen what’s working, and set clear, achievable goals so you always know your next step. You’re supported, accountable, and never left guessing.

3. Your Personalised Peri Plan Meal Strategy
You’ll receive a fully personalised meal plan designed to support steady energy, metabolic health, and body composition.

Every plan follows The Peri Plan framework:

If you’re gluten-free, lactose-free, or have other dietary needs, your plan will be tailored accordingly - while still ensuring protein-forward, deeply nourishing meals that keep you satisfied and steady.

Each week, you’ll receive a clear action plan designed to strengthen consistency and confidence.
