What is Peri Plan Personal Coaching?
My 6-week coaching experience is designed specifically for women navigating the unique challenges of weight loss in perimenopause. It’s a personalised partnership where we build habits and mindset shifts that support weight loss, restorative sleep, and your emotional wellbeing. The Peri Plan has a proven weight loss framework: Reset + Plan + Align. I walk you through the framework so you can feel deeply comfortable in your body in perimenopause - and beyond.
Here’s how it works:
Initial deep-dive session (60 minutes) via Zoom: We get clear on your weight loss goals, lifestyle, and what’s getting in your way. We create a powerful vision statement.
Weekly sessions (60 minutes) via Zoom: We overcome obstacles together, build on what’s working, create weekly goals and set intentions.
Personalised meal plan: Optimized for weight loss with all macros and calories counted and planned for you. All plans are based on The Peri Plan’s peri-perfect framework - 30g protein meals, balanced calories, and the 33 peri-perfect foods. Check out what you’ll be eating over here. If you have dietary requirements like gluten-free or lactose-free, I can create a custom plan built around your needs. All while ensuring 30g of protein in every serve.
Personalised goals, habits, and mindset action plan: Each week you’ll be given an action plan to help you stick to your goals. Your plan will support mindset shifts, keep you inspired, and build your new Peri Plan lifestyle for health, strength and vitality.
Pricing
The 6-Week Peri Plan Coaching Experience is $1,400. You’re welcome to pay in full, or choose a simple weekly payment plan of $240 over 6 weeks.
