Peanut Butter & Blueberry Chia Pots
Why this is peri-perfect… This is NOT a slimy chia pudding. We are soaking chia in yoghurt, not milk or water – phew! It’s thick, delicious and so filling you’ll struggle to finish it. Designed to support the changing needs of peri by stabilising blood sugar, supporting muscle maintenance, and keeping you fuller for longer, while still feeling creamy, satisfying, and a little bit like dessert for breakfast. Hurrah.
Ingredients: 1 serve
200g light Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tsp peanut butter (slightly heaped teaspoon)
½ cup blueberries
Instructions:
In a jar, stir protein powder with yoghurt and chia seeds until smooth and creamy. Add peanut butter. Add blueberries on top. Set in the fridge overnight or for at least an hour.
