Ingredients:
3/4 cup (180g) plain low-fat Greek yoghurt
1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 tsp chia seeds
2 tsp ground seeds (such as hemp or flax)
5 almonds
Cinnamon, to sprinkle
Instructions:
1. Scoop protein powder into jar.
2. Stir in the yoghurt, and chia seeds, until smooth and creamy.
3. Top with berries, seeds, nuts, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
