Black Forest Choc Crumble

Why this is peri-perfect:
This juicy, chocolatey crumble is pure comfort with a hormonal edge. Berries bring a big antioxidant punch to support brain and skin health, while flax and chia seeds help balance estrogen levels thanks to their lignans and fibre. The oats, almond meal, and walnuts offer slow-burning energy and healthy fats to keep blood sugar steady. And yes — dark chocolate is totally allowed. Especially when it’s paired with fibre and good fats like this. Dessert that loves you back? Yes, please.

Ingredients:

For the base:

3 cups frozen Black Forest berry mix (e.g. cherries, blackberries, raspberries - frozen fine)
