Ingredients
· 25g rolled oats (¼ cup)
· 100ml water (or unsweetened almond milk if you prefer)
· 80g frozen pitted cherries, defrosted
· 150g 0% Greek yoghurt (thick and creamy)
· 25g chocolate whey protein powder (or your fave choc protein)
· 5g pepitas (for crunch)
Method
1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine oats and water. Cook for 90 seconds until soft and creamy.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk the protein powder into yoghurt until smooth.
3. Spoon the yoghurt-protein mix over the oats.
4. Top with cherries and a sprinkle of pepitas ( I love toasting mine for extra crunch).
5. Swirl together and enjoy your choc-cherry protein hit!
