Cottage Cheese Chocolate Mousse

Cottage Cheese Chocolate Mousse

Why this is peri-perfect… Cottage cheese is the star in this chocolate protein dessert, making it creamy, indulgent, and protein-packed to support midlife metabolism and muscle maintenance. Combined with protein powder, it delivers a serious protein boost to stabilise blood sugar and keep you full longer. Cacao and dark chocolate provide antioxidants and rich flavour without excess sugar, while monk fruit sweetener keeps it sweet yet blood-sugar friendly. Almond milk adds a touch of creaminess without extra calories, and a pinch of sea salt intensifies the chocolatey goodness. It’s the perfect guilt-free, nutrient-rich treat that satisfies chocolate cravings while nourishing your body. Fresh raspberries are divine with this - if they are in season! You could also use fresh or frozen blueberries.
