Ingredients: 1 serve
1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup (120g) plain Greek yoghurt
1 cup frozen mixed berries 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1/2 cup (125ml) unsweetened almond milk
Toppings: 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds, extra berries
Instructions:
Blend protein, yoghurt, berries, ginger, flaxseed and almond milk until thick. Pour into a bowl and top with seeds and berries.
