Ingredients: 1 serve

150g salmon fillet
1/2 tsp ground turmeric + 1/2 tsp cumin, rubbed onto salmon
1 small fennel bulb, sliced and roasted
150g roasted pumpkin
1 cup (100g) steamed broccoli
1 tbsp tahini + squeeze lemon, to drizzle

Instructions: Roast salmon, fennel and pumpkin at 200°C for 25 mins. Serve with broccoli with tahini drizzle.
