Kefir and Greek yoghurt deliver billions of probiotics to calm inflammation and support hormone detox through the gut, while inulin powder and chia seeds feed those good bugs for long-lasting energy. Ingredients
¾ cup plain kefir (unsweetened)
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup plain Greek yoghurt (or dairy-free alt with probiotics)
30g vanilla protein powder
1 tbs inulin powder (start with ½ tsp if new to it)
1–2 tsp monk fruit (to taste)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
1 tsp chia seeds or ground flax (for fibre + scoopable texture)
Instructions (Ninja Creami)
1. Blend all ingredients until silky smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
2. Pour into Creami pint container and freeze flat for 24 hours.
3. Let sit at room temp for 10–15 mins, then spin using Lite Ice Cream or Smoothie Bowl setting.
4. If needed, add a splash of almond milk and re-spin to achieve creamy perfection.
5. Scoop and serve! Add chopped dark chocolate and walnuts - if calories allow.
