Ingredients (1 serve)

¾ cup unsweetened kefir (probiotics + protein)

30g vanilla or unflavoured protein powder (whey isolate or clean plant blend)

1 Tbsp ground flaxseed

1 Tbsp chia seeds

1 cup fresh spinach (about a small handful)

½ cup frozen cherries (pits removed)

½ tsp cinnamon

½ tsp fresh grated or ground ginger

Optional: 1 tsp L-glutamine powder

Water ¾ cup, adjust for blending consistency

Instructions:

1.     Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.

2.     Blend until silky smooth.

3.     Pour into a glass and enjoy the tart-sweet, creamy mix.
