Magnesium Chocolate Thickshake

This smoothie combines several magnesium-rich ingredients, including cacao, pumpkin seeds, avocado, and magnesium powder, alongside protein and healthy fats to help support nervous system regulation, muscle recovery, blood sugar balance, cravings, and sleep.

Ingredients: Serves 1

250ml unsweetened almond milk
170g light Greek yoghurt
30g protein powder
½ avocado
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tsp magnesium powder
1 tsp maple syrup or 1 Medjool date (optional)
4 ice cubes
Pinch cinnamon + tiny pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add everything to a blender.

  2. Blend until silky smooth and thick like a chocolate mousse milkshake.

  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

  4. Pour into a tall glass and top with cacao or crushed pumpkin seeds.
