Miso-Ginger Salmon with Steamed Greens

Why this is peri-perfect… This is one of those quiet–magic meals that your belly instantly appreciates. The combination of ginger and miso helps soothe the gut, ease cramping, and support healthy digestion, while the omega-3s in salmon calm inflammation (a hidden driver of peri bloating). The steamed greens add gentle fibre without the puffiness that raw veg can cause, making this a light, mineral-rich meal that helps your belly settle, and feel comfortable again.
