Makes 8 balls | 120 calories each | ~8g protein per ball
Ingredients:
1/2 cup (40g) vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup (45g) almond flour
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
3 tbsp Greek yoghurt (high-protein style like YoPro or Chobani Fit)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp mini dark choc chips, or chopped dark chocolate
1–2 tbs water, to bind
Method:
Blend dry: Combine protein powder, almond flour, and salt in blender.
Add wet: Blend in peanut butter, yoghurt, and vanilla extract until a dough forms.
Adjust texture: Add a small splash of water and keep blending till a fudgey ball forms.
Fold in choc chips: Or roll them in at the end.
Shape: Roll into 8 bite-sized balls.
Chill: Pop in the fridge for 15–20 minutes to firm up.
