Blueberry Protein Pudding With Chocolate
Blueberry protein pudding with chocolate.
Why this is peri-perfect...
This high-protein pudding is a creamy, dreamy treat that supports your midlife metabolism and mood. Cottage cheese and protein powder deliver around 30g of protein to keep cravings in check and muscle maintenance on point, while blueberries bring antioxidants that support brain and skin health (both of which need extra love in perimenopause). Greek yoghurt and a drizzle of maple give that luscious texture and hint of sweetness—without spiking your blood sugar. And the square of dark chocolate on top? That’s your magnesium-rich, nervous-system-soothing bonus. Dessert, snack, or post-dinner pick-me-up, this is proof you can eat for hormone health and enjoy every spoonful.
Ingredients: (1 serve)
½ cup low-fat cottage cheese (100g)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (~30g)
2 tbsp Greek yoghurt (optional, for creaminess)
¼ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 tsp maple syrup or a few drops of stevia (to taste)
½ tsp vanilla or cinnamon (optional)
1 square (10g) 85% dark chocolate, chopped finely for topping
Instructions:
1. Blend the cottage cheese, protein powder, yoghurt, blueberries, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth and pudding-like.
2. Scoop into a bowl or jar.
3. Sprinkle with chopped dark chocolate just before serving.
4. Eat chilled or straight away (it's lush either way).
