Ingredients: 1 serve

1 tsp miso paste (or 1 packet instant miso soup)

100g cooked, skinless chicken breast, shredded

150g cooked edamame

1 cup boiling water

Fresh herbs (parsley & chives), chopped, for garnish

Chili flakes (optional)

Instructions:

In a bowl, stir a cup of boiling water through the miso soup mix. Add the edamame and chicken. Sprinkle on herbs and chilli. Easy!

Each serve: 300 calories. Protein: 35g. Carbohydrates: 13g. Fat: 6g.
