2 large free-range eggs

1/2 tsp ground turmeric

1/2 tsp olive oil

100g smoked salmon (cut into strips)

Dill (to serve, if you have it!)

Instructions:

In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs and turmeric.

Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add the eggs and stir with a rubber spatula until about half cooked.

Add the smoked salmon and cook through.

Serve with fresh dill and kimchi (if you have them handy).
