Matcha Collagen Zen Creami

Makes 1 pint (2 serves).

Ingredients:

·       ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese

·       ½ cup 0% Greek yogurt

·       1 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder (~30g protein)

·       1 tbsp unflavored collagen powder

·       1 tsp high-quality matcha powder (ceremonial grade if possible)

·       1 tsp monk fruit sugar (adjust to taste)

·       ½ tsp vanilla extract

·       Pinch of salt

·       Almond milk to the max fill line (~¼–⅓ cup)

·       Optional: small handful white chocolate chips or slivered almonds (add post-spin)

 

Instructions:

1.     Blend all ingredients (except optional mix-ins) until smooth.

2.     Pour into Ninja Creami pint container, fill to max line with almond milk.

3.     Freeze flat for at least 24 hours.

4.     Spin on “Lite Ice Cream” or “High Protein.”

5.     If needed, add 1–2 tbsp almond milk and respin to get the perfect creamy texture.

6.     Fold in optional mix-ins if desired. I LOVE roasted almonds mixed in!
