Protein Banana Sweet Toast
Protein banana sweet toast.
Why this is peri-perfect… This one satisfies your sweet tooth while still hitting the protein and nutrient balance your body needs in midlife. The combo of cottage cheese and protein powder packs in 30g of protein to keep blood sugar steady, cravings down, and muscle strong. A touch of banana gives natural sweetness and potassium for energy and fluid balance. The sourdough base adds fibre and a satisfying chew, while cinnamon (and optional seeds or nuts) layer in extra flavour and hormone-friendly minerals. It’s quick, comforting, and a smart swap for sugary breakfasts or snacks that leave you crashing later.
