1/2 small ripe banana
100g low-fat cottage cheese

1–2 tbsp water or milk of choice — to blend
Instructions:
Blend: In a small blender or food processor, combine the banana, cottage cheese, protein powder, turmeric, cinnamon, black pepper, and a splash of water/milk. Blend until thick, creamy, and smooth.
Chill (optional): Let it sit in the fridge for 10–15 minutes to thicken even more.
