Choc Protein Balls
Choc protein balls.
Why this is peri-perfect… Because they feel like a decadent treat while still delivering serious nutrition. Protein from the powder and Greek yoghurt supports muscle maintenance and hormone balance, while almond flour and peanut butter provide fibre and healthy fats to keep you full and satisfied. Cacao and mini dark chocolate chips add antioxidants and a rich chocolatey flavour without spiking blood sugar. Each bite is balanced, energising, and guilt-free—perfect for a quick snack or a little midday indulgence. They’re a smart, hormone-friendly way to enjoy chocolate in perimenopause.
