Peanut Butter & Chocolate Protein Pudding

Peanut Butter & Chocolate Protein Pudding

Why this is peri-perfect… A combination os high-quality protein, satisfying healthy fats, and natural sweetness in one quick, nourishing pudding. Cottage cheese and protein powder give you a solid protein boost to support muscle, metabolism, and hormone balance during perimenopause. Banana adds gentle sweetness and potassium for energy and fluid balance, while peanut butter contributes heart-healthy fats that keep you full longer. A pinch of salt enhances the chocolate flavour and makes every sip feel indulgent without added sugar (yessss!). It’s creamy, comforting, and a smart way to start the day or refuel after a workout. Rich, silky, peanut buttery-chocolate goodness you can feel amazing about eating for breakfast.

Ingredients:

100g low-fat cottage cheese

30g chocolate protein powder

1 tsp natural peanut butter

1/2 small banana

1–2 tbsp water or milk of choice — to blend

Tiny pinch of salt (optional — makes the chocolate flavor pop!)

  2. Adjust texture: Blend until creamy. Add a little more water/milk if you want it silkier.

  3. Chill (optional): Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes to thicken up like true pudding.

  4. Serve: Spoon into a bowl and, if you want, dust the top with a tiny bit of cocoa powder, monk fruit sugar with cinnamon,or chopped chocolate for extra chocolate drama.
